On Dasher, on Dancer, on Prancer, on Vixen! Chocolatiere Rachel Sawatzky of CocoaNymph has whipped up a festive, new batch of holiday truffles named after those Holiday celebs collectively known as Santa?s reindeer.
I?m looking for treats to stuff in our advent calendar, and these are at the top of my list. For those of you who haven?t yet visited Rachel at CocoaNymph, she?s our very own chocolate elf with a workshop at 3739 West 10th Avenue.
?I am totally passionate about the caramels this season,? says Rachel. ?Cupid, the ginger caramel, and Donner, the coffee flavoured caramel, are my favourites from the collection. These are brand new flavour profiles for CocoaNymph, so it?s very exciting!?
The holiday truffles are $1.95 each and $16 for the complete 9-piece box set. I?ve included food glamour shots with descriptions below.
